  The work performed was fine, neither amazing nor terrible... honestly just average. But I HAVE to give them 1 star for their billing department. If you like improper billing with lots of phone calls because the office can't submit the claims correctly... then this is the place for you! We had services performed January 2015 and we received the bill January 2016. Over a FULL year later. The bill is for the total amount of the service, ~$2500. They STILL have not submitted to our insurance. They are expecting us to pay the full amount and they will reimburse us later, whenever the claim is filed. I don't think so. So I called our insurance and they confirmed that my responsibility was $250, not $2500. This has been going on for over a MONTH now for a service that was performed well over a YEAR ago. As of today, still not resolved. Seriously, avoid this office.
