  This is in response to Lisa's review . As I stated in my rebuttal on my Facebook page my elderly mother who is 86 answered the phone because our business phone rings 24/7 in my parent's house on the farm. She did not laugh at your problem as you stated she was trying to be nice and sympathetic to your plight. I also live in Pennsylvania and stated I would clean my car off and come in to sell your fiancee the 5 bags of salt you claim he risked life and limb to come purchase , but he did not want to wait and said he was going elsewhere. At this point it did not seem that any follow up was necessary . this is a one in a million occurrence as I have THOUSANDS of happy customers over the 27 years I have been in business..
